This Terms of Service agreement governs your use of Rapid Hosting's services, including game server hosting, VPS hosting, and web hosting solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

2. Privacy Commitment

Rapid Hosting is committed to protecting your privacy and securing any personal information you provide. Any data collected will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

  • Information is collected only for legitimate business purposes
  • We never sell customer data to third parties

3. Policy Updates

Rapid Hosting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

General Terms of Service

1. Account Management

  • Service owners must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Sharing account access is explicitly prohibited and may result in service termination, service owners must create sub-user accounts with permissions to allow friends, family, or colleagues access to their services.
  • All account information must be accurate and kept up-to-date
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts with incomplete or fraudulent information

2. Service Provision

  • All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days notice
  • Resource allocations are subject to fair usage policies
  • VPS resources are burstable and subject to node capacity

3. Billing & Payments

  • All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • Payment failures result in immediate service suspension after 3 failed payment capture attempts
  • Services under suspension will be permanently deleted after 14 days of non-payment
  • Price changes are effective at the next billing cycle with 30 days notice
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated

4. Data Management

  • Regular backups are recommended - we are not responsible for data loss
  • Backup services are optional and carry separate terms
  • Data recovery from terminated services is not possible, all data will be fully deleted after 14 days of service suspension

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect and process the following information to provide and improve our services:

  • Account Information: Name, email, address, phone number
  • Payment Details: Billing address, payment method metadata (we do not store full payment details, this is handled by our payment gateway providers - Stripe, Paypal)
  • Service Data: IP addresses, usage statistics, connection logs
  • Technical Information: Device information, browser type, access times

2. Data Usage

Your information is used for the following purposes:

  • Service provisioning and maintenance
  • Billing and account management
  • Security monitoring and fraud prevention
  • Legal compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Service improvement and customer support

3. Data Protection

  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ protocols
  • Sensitive information is encrypted at rest
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability testing
  • Limited employee access to customer data
  • Data retention policies in compliance with GDPR

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Payment Processors: Stripe, PayPal
  • Analytics Services: Google Analytics for website metrics
  • Reviewing Services: Trustpilot
  • Support Systems: Helpdesk and ticketing platforms

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Uptime Guarantees

  • Game Servers: 99.5% monthly uptime guarantee
  • VPS Hosting: 99.5% monthly uptime guarantee
  • Web Hosting: 99.95% monthly uptime guarantee
  • Dedicated Servers: 99.9% hardware uptime guarantee

Uptime is calculated based on network availability from our monitoring systems. Exclusions apply for scheduled maintenance, customer-side issues, DDoS attacks, and major forced events.

2. Maintenance Windows

  • Planned Maintenance: Maximum 4 hours monthly with 24-48 hour notice
  • Emergency Maintenance: As required with maximum 2 hours downtime
  • Network Upgrades: Scheduled during low-traffic periods

3. Performance Standards

  • Network Latency: ≤30ms between North American/European nodes
  • Packet Loss: ≤0.1% under normal conditions
  • Hardware Replacement: Failed components replaced within 24 hours

4. Support Response Times

  • Critical (Service Down): ≤30 minute response time
  • High Priority: ≤2 hour response time
  • Standard Requests: ≤12 hour response time
  • General Inquiries: ≤12 hour response time

5. Support Scope

  • Support is only given to the service itself. This will not include third-party resources, software, or assets
  • Any support given to third-party resources is offered and fully voluntary, but is not required by our support
  • Support does not include custom configurations or modifications beyond standard service setup
  • Software installation and troubleshooting is limited to our officially supported frameworks, and applications

6. SLA Credits

Service credits are calculated based on the monthly fee for affected services:

  • 99.0-99.4% uptime: 5% credit
  • 95.0-98.9% uptime: 10% credit
  • 90.0-94.9% uptime: 15% credit
  • Below 90% uptime: 20% credit

Credits must be requested within 7 days of the incident. Maximum credit per month is 20% of the monthly fee.

Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

  • Illegal material including child exploitation, terrorism, and drug trafficking
  • Copyrighted content without proper authorization
  • Malware, viruses, or hacking tools
  • Phishing or fraudulent websites
  • Pirated software or media

2. Resource Usage

  • No cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization
  • No resource-intensive crawling or scraping
  • No excessive I/O operations affecting other users

3. Network Abuse

  • No port scanning or network probing
  • No DDoS origination or amplification
  • No spam or bulk email sending without proper authorization
  • No IRC or peer-to-peer networks on shared infrastructure

4. Game Server Specific Rules

  • No modified game clients that provide unfair advantages
  • No server impersonation of official game servers
  • Compliance with all game developer EULAs
  • No lootbox or gambling systems that are in violation of your local laws

5. Enforcement

  • First violation: Warning and 24-hour suspension
  • Second violation: 7-day suspension
  • Third violation: Permanent termination without refund
  • Severe violations may result in immediate termination

Refund & Billing Policy

1. General Refund Policy

  • New accounts: 24-hour money-back guarantee for first service
  • Refunds are prorated based on unused service time
  • Setup fees are non-refundable after service activation
  • Services that have been active beyond the 24 Hour Period from the initial purchase are ineligible for a refund. Depending on the situation, we allow transfers to any service (VPS, Game Hosting, Web Hosting, etc)
  • Services shall not be deemed broken unless a Support Operator verifies your service is inrepairable. If your service is in this condition, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used to purchase the service
  • Services that are down due to infrastructure issues and surpass the 24 Hour Period are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method used to purchase the service
  • If you failed to cancel your service's subscription before the due date of your service, we will not issue you a refund. Our capture system for payments is fully automatic, you acknowledge all payment dates and must remain attentive to the due dates specified before and after purchasing your service
  • Refunds are not issued for clients that failed to acknowledge our Terms of Service and/or Acceptable Use Policy. You will be subject to no compensation

2. Automatic Payment Authorization

By completing checkout for any service, you authorize Rapid Hosting to automatically process payments according to your selected billing cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, or Annually).

  • All payments are processed automatically through our payment system - we do not manually capture payments
  • Your payment method will be charged for the full invoice amount on the service due date
  • This authorization remains in effect for the duration of your service
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information in your account
  • Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension until payment is successfully processed
  • No refunds will be issued for failed cancellation attempts before the billing date

To cancel automatic payments, you must terminate your service at least 48 hours before your next billing date through the client area. Cancellation requests submitted after payment processing cannot be refunded.

3. Service Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via the client area
  • No cancellations are accepted via email or through support tickets
  • Services remain active until the end of paid period, or upon cancellation request

4. Dispute Resolution

  • Chargebacks will result in immediate service termination
  • All billing disputes must be submitted within 30 days
  • Unauthorized payments will be refunded within 7 days

Affiliate Referral Program

1. Program Overview

  • Our affiliate program rewards clients with Rapid Credits that can be withdrawn to your Credit Balance, we do not do withdraws to any currency (USD, GBP, JPY, etc)
  • Rapid Credits can be used on invoices, pre-existing services and new services, these credits act as paid currency and count towards any invoice or service.
  • There is no obligation on Rapid Hosting to issue USD, GBP, JPY, etc for referrals

2. Terms & Conditions

  • Affiliate rewards are only issued for successful referrals that result in active paid services
  • Credits are awarded after referred clients complete their initial checkout
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time
  • Fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension and credit revocation

DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Copyright Claims

Rapid Hosting complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). All copyright infringement notices must include:

  • Physical or electronic signature of copyright owner
  • Identification of the infringed work
  • Identification of the infringing material
  • Contact information of the complainant
  • Statement of good faith belief of unauthorized use
  • Statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate

2. Counter Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material
  • Statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief of mistaken removal
  • Your contact information
  • Consent to jurisdiction in your local federal district court
